I Purchased this plane a week ago. Let me start off by saying this is a great plane. Unfortunately this plane does not fit my mission I need a 6 seater. This plane was purchased from a gentleman who is an IA mechanic. This Plane has 12/23 Annual and a ton of other upgrades. The plane has 54 hours SMOH the AD prop was done away with and plane has upgraded prop with 54 hours on prop. Plane has 20 gallon aux tank. Plane has new tires and brakes installed. Plane was hangared its whole life except the last week as I have parked on a ramp at my local airfield. The plane flys extremely well and will be a treat for whoever buys it.
