Wacker Drive, Suite 1500, Chicago, Illinois 60606, a public auction sale (“Sale”) will be conducted of the following property (the “Collateral”): • 2001 Bell 430 Helicopter (REG N430D) (S/N 49078) • 2 Rolls Royce 250-C40B Turbine Engines (S/N CAE-844167 and CAE-844169) The Sale is being conducted by Fulcrum Investment Group LLC (“Secured Party”) to enforce its rights as a secured lender pursuant to that certain Promissory Note and Security Agreement, each dated March 8, 2023 (together with all related agreements, the “Loan Agreements”). The Collateral is secured and available for inspection by appointment only.
