Adjusted elevator and trim cable tensions Landing gear was gone through, shimmed and tension adjustments. All okay Cleaned, inspected and repacked main wheel bearings. Replaced old deteriorating fuel lines with new Over the previous year many items were addressed. Obviously will provide all information as requested. Flew 80 hours since annual in July of 2023. Plane flies fantastic. Just got the oil change. 0 hours on the oil as of writing this advertisement. Will come with a cover for the fuselage. Last year and a half owned was not in a hangar because of the waitlists at local airports. Aircraft is located either at KPAE or KPLU as I split time between the two. I can deliver the aircraft anywhere in the lower 48 states if buyer needs.
