    Description
$275,000 OBO! Incredibly rare find. Hunt Aviation Group is pleased to market this 2000 Commander 115TC. This Commander is extremely low time, 1032 hours since NEW & 239 hours since a fresh Lycoming factory reman turbocharged engine! This airplane would be an exceptional choice for a pilot wanting to upgrade to a more comfortable cabin in a higher performance airplane! With it's handsome ramp presence and extremely high visibility cabin that spans 47 inches wide, it's an exceptional cross country airplane. Given that this airplane is turbocharged, it's right at home cruising in the flight levels (Certified to FL250) and operating at higher cruise altitudes and airports. ALWAYS hangared and two owners since new, this airplane is IFR certified and ADS-B complaint and ready for a new home. N158TZ just had it's Annual inspection in January 2024 and we welcome Pre-Purchase Inspections! Fresh Battery! Fresh ELT Battery! Aircraft is based in Rancho Murieta, CA, about 30 miles East of Sacramento. REMARKS -Likely the lowest time Commander 115TC in the Commander fleet. -All logbooks and records included. -Includes BatteryMINDer Charger/Maintainer
