    Airframe completed in 2002 and test flown in 2003 in Tampa, Florida. Moved to North Carolina in 2003. Airplane has been hangar kept for its whole life. Empty weight of 1,069lbs and gross of 1850lbs. Fuel capacity of 37 gallons (25 gallon header tank, and (2) 6 gallon center section tanks). Has been flying for the past 20 years. I now have 2 planes and not enough time to fly both. No cracking on any of the skins, plane maintained properly, tires < 25 hours, new brakes, new master cylinders just installed. Custom Mustang Seats on a sliding rail so you can adjust position. I'm 6'2" tall and fit with canopy closed with no problem. Custom canopy lock, adjustable map lights on both sides, lit instruments, LED strobes and LED position lights.

    Engine Lycoming O-360-A1A serviced with Camguard from new. NEW from factory. PMAG electronic ignition on both sides, Stainless steel exhaust system Hartzell HC-M2YR Constant Speed Propeller, no nicks, looks new, kept clean and lubricated every 50hours per manual, Sam James cowling with round inlets and fiberglass plenum over the engine. Cam locks on the cowling, low profile oil door on the cowling. Oil changed every 25-35 hours with Phillips XC 20w50 now and initially Aeroshell Heated pitot blade, 37 Gallons of Fuel (1 main header tank and 2 aux tanks 6 gallons each)
