Hangered, well maintained with detailed records available. Aircraft has been pampered. Used for commuting. No utility work though set up to put to work. Well thought out interior: Garmin 650 and 750 GPS, 2 GI 275’s, Digital TOT, tactical police/fire radio, Custom leather front seats, flip up back bench seat with rubberized floor. Bose plug-in’s, front post pilot side USB port, rotor brake, and 21 gallon internal aux tank. Unique exterior: Gloss 9/10 black finish, all LED lighting, wire strike kit, high skids, and cargo hook with load meter. Newer C-20B engine / C20R transmission with pristine engine compartment. No leaks.
