    Description
    30,000 OR BEST OFFER. Over $50,000 spent on Dec 2023 Annual by Mike Dixon. Was perfect until I dropped it off the remote landing pad 3/16. New fuel tanks, new uninstalled skids, all critical linkage swivel bearings replaced. Extremely well maintained and built. Will need new main/tail blades, left landing gear, rebuild rotor head with new TT Straps due. I estimate approx $100,000 to return to operation. I just don't want to spend that to get flying again. I'm 71 and have worked on this machine to make it perfect, until yesterday. I will entertain any reasonable offer and include my electric powered remote landing pad.
