    Description
    Beautiful 1947 PA-12 Super Cruiser.  In 2023, owner intentionally taxied a/c off taxiway to get around a parked Cessna...but didn't see the culvert running under the taxiway.  Right main mount went over the culvert, up went the tail, and down went the nose resulting in an idle power prop strike, minor damage to cowling, and minor damage to right main gear.  No other damage.  $50K+ of insurance claim later, this bird is ready to go with a completely rebuilt O-235, brand new prop, and all new chocolate brown paint.  All work conducted by American Legend Aircraft Manufacturing.

    Exterior looks great--especially the cowling and fuselage, much of which was repainted in 2024 (the brown color only).  Top of wings look a bit rough, but bottom of wings in good shape.  Estimated cost to replace wing fabric and repaint approx. $15K, which is factored into the low asking price.
