    1977 Cessna 185. 4000tt, 300smoh on io520d, 55spoh. On wipline 3730 amphibs. Also comes with wheel gear. Rosen Visors, Garmin 796, iPad mount. Useful load in amphibs is 1068 lbs. Aircraft had full rebuild in 2014 including engine overhaul, new paint, all instruments, etc. everything was done but the prop, which has been overhauled since. Has wing x stol extensions for gross weight increase to 3525, and VG’s. The plane is extremely clean, has been maintained with an open cheque book, hangered since the 2013 rebuild. Full logs with minimal damage history. Rebuild work and all maintenance since has been done by Langley aero structures. September annual.
