This Kodiak 100, Series II was the largest ever block change from Quest/Daher/Kodiak which debuted in mid-2018. Series II debuted a multitude of upgrades, refinements, and new features. The largest change was an all-new avionics package, the G1000 NXi. The NXi upgrade has too much to list here, but a few major changes were FlightStream 510 (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connectivity), processing speed, sectionals on the MFD, visual approaches and much more! Additionally, there were many cabin refinements, such as new Rosen Visors, new cargo doorstep mechanism, an overhaul on cabin sealing and ventilation. The optional GWX-70 all digital weather radar also debuted on Series II. Series II came standard with the GTX 345R transponder with ADS-B in/out. A few other new features were the AOA, L3 ESI-500 Standby Instrumentation, AGB Chip Detector, Cockpit storage, pilot LEMO plugs and more!
