Fast, rare, great condition Baron 56TC. This excellent aircraft is a fine example of the type and will easily climb out and cruise with all the seats filled. When this aircraft was purchased, I never thought I’d be selling it, however business interests have shifted so I haven’t been able to go out and enjoy the amazing airplane for the past couple years. No reason for the airplane to just sit, it likes to be flown and deserves it. This aircraft has been serviced by Gibbs Service Center Inc. (well known for their Beechcraft expertise) for several years and had a very comprehensive annual in 2013 after I had acquired the aircraft and made a list of all of those “little” things I wanted fixed since I planned on keeping it. Last annual 04/2015 and last flown November 2015.
