    The most updated model of Piper Cheyenne ,1980 ,One of the Lowest time with only 5200 hrs TT, well aware buyers should only buy Cheyenne model 1980 and after wards ,here are 13 very solid reasons, KFC 300 Digital autopilot , with IAS Hold function a must in busy IFR environment Sandel electronic CDI 1980 model has much better electrical systems, ,additional right ;Essential bus Plug in type Cbs to make bus system less maintenance consuming Better quality cables and soldering techniques Wider cabin seats about 3 inches Instrument panel was lowered for better visibility. Dual belts in air condition compressors ,for enhanced reliability. Cleveland wheel and brakes, better braking and less maintenance . 3 inch more wide cabin ,due to redesigned side panels. 30 % more windshield area for much better visibility The Garret -Air Research pressurisation system ,replaced old Dukes control system, this gave Pilot ability to select cabin altitude based on Flight levels without doing the tricky Math Calico flap system instead of Duels flaps system ( the parts for dukes are not available any more ),New system has improved asymmetric flap protection ,and reliability of the flap system was also improved cus of solid state electronics. The prop synchrophaser replaced the ;synchroniser ; for less pilot load and ,there is no slave engine now , , now both acts as master and also reduced props noise . Improved overhead panel , with improved oxygen masks and reading lights, panel is flush with headliner Improved cabin door Fuel panel selector was provided with a protection plate for the selector controls . Reclining 3rd and 4ht seats SAS vane heater was modified for more reliability 19-SAS light was moved and taken off the Master Caution Horn New cockpit light rheostats,controls were relocated to the center overhead panel and are of vernier type ,makes light adjustments convenient The rudder pedal angle was changed by addition of removable 3/4 inches pad Pilot friendly relocation of Gyro Power and inverter power switch ,above the cabin pressurisation controls Emergency radio power switch improved location to avoid interference with co pilots arm. Engine wash ring was installed permanently . Bob weight was incorporated into the longitudinal control system , providing improved dynamic stability. Defroster on /off control was added . Auto ignition system ,will relight the system when power of below 200 LBs and simplifies the start procedure too New split bus electrical system ,that simplifies both pilot job ,and provided greater reliability.
