Previous owner had the aircraft since 1999 and flew it regularly. Due to some recent life changes, he decided it was time to sell.
 
Damage History: 
The gear actuator failed in 1977. The belly skin and flap hinges were replaced. No structural damage occurred to the airframe. See log entry for details

    Excellent looking Mooney with its most recent repaint in the mid 1990’s. No significant signs of wear to the paint and seems to have always been hangered. Very slight instances of hail marks that are very hard to see.
