Ownership History: Previous owner bought this Mooney last August and decided that it was too much aircraft for him to maintain and fly. Damage History: There was a gear up in 1979. The gear failed to lock down during landing in 1989. There was a prop strike in 1999 and another a gear up in 2002 where LASAR made the repairs. The most recent gear up occurred in 2005. The engine received a tear down inspection by Ly-Con and the prop was replaced. In Flight Report: “This is probably the best 1966 M20E around. The aircraft was Repainted in 2013 and has been regularly cleaned and waxed. It is in excellent condition and hardly any signs of wear!

The interior is in excellent condition overall! It was redone in 2013 and everything has been replaced with new leather. The seats, side panels, headliner, center console, and door panels have been redone. The headrests have “Mooney” embroidered, interior LED overhead lighting. Most wear can be found at the base of the center console next to pilot’s feet.
