SW425HF — SMI TOW BEHIND AIRPORT SWEEPERS The TENCO SMI tow behind airport sweeper is an indispensable piece of equipment to achieve effective runway snow removal and maintenance operations. It has all the necessary features to satisfy airport’s requirements. CHARACTERISTICS • Hydrostatic broom drive system • Sweeper clearing width: 4,3 m (14 ft) • 36 in (914 mm) broom diameter • Automatic pattern adjustment system for the broom of 10 to 15 cm (4 to 6 in) • Self-contain sweeper design, powered by it own 300 hp Diesel engine • Air Blower equipped with bi-directional nozzles, allowing to blow to the left or to the right • Air Blower with an airflow of 829 M3/min (29,283 CFM) and air velocity of 470 km/h (292 mph) • Engine cowling tilts backward proving easy access to the engine • The broom is controlled by an intuitive Joystick and a touch screen system • Maximum operating speed of 48 km/h (30 mph) OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT • Vibrator installed on the broom cover • 5th wheel type towing bar • Adjustable, hydraulic deflector on broom cover • Wireless remote control system • LED working lights • Air or electrical brakes • Additional control box • Short tube attachment Similar models may be shown in addition to the featured model.
