Previous owner had the aircraft for a few years and then became extremely busy. The airplane wasn’t flown much and he decided to sell.

The aircraft has been repainted in orange and white. The orange is in good condition, with a little bit of flaking paint around the screws of the front cowl. The white is in fair condition and is thin in some places of the wing. There is some noticeable touch up areas on the wings and tail. There is evidence of very minor hail dings on the control surfaces.

Beige and cream with leather seats. Seats are in great condition and so is the carpeting. The instrument panel is in good condition. The heaviest wear is found in the headliner, primarily where the lining meets the doorsill. The same kind of wear is found where the liner and the cargo door meet.
