    ANNUAL DUE: May 1, 2025 BI-ANNUAL IFR CHECKS DUE: April 10, 2026 ELT BATTER DUE: April, 2026 USEFUL LOAD: 1404.87 Pounds – (See W&B Revision Dated July 8, 2004) NOTATIONS The aircraft is not ADS-B Compliant. Please reach out to our sales department to discuss ADS-B upgrade options. There is an airframe log entry dated September 8, 2010 at Tach 2600.7 that states the propeller was overhauled. There is no documentation from the propeller shop present. Interior Vertical Flammability Test Results Certificates for the interior refurbishment are present. An airframe log entry for Interior refurbishment itself is not present. The engine was overhauled at Tach 1477.8 by Barkhorn Precision (INV #01864) per the log entries dated September 23, 1993 by A&P Dan Niera. There is no documentation from Barkhorn Precision present. Some stabilator skins were replaced with new parts. See FAA 337 Dated April 16, 1987. Specifications are Subject to Verification upon the Buyer’s Inspection of the Aircraft.
