The paint overall is in great shape with recent touch up to address minor chips and scratches. It has great curb appeal with very clean, shiny and clean exterior. The interior smells like a new car with soft leather and new carpet and door panels that really modernize the look. The avionics are great for all flying with a 430W and dual G5s, With a KX 155 secondary radio and Stratus transponder for ADSB. This is a solid 170TAS airplane with 15GPH total and a good single engine flyer adding excellent safety for those IMC, mountain or ocean flights. The last annual the gear bungees were replaced along with all 16 spark plugs. The Janitrol heat works excellent. This is a airplane you can pick up and fly. It is flown regular so the times will go up. It just went TX to TN and is a great cross country bird. Good time left on both engines, Both engines have high compressions all 72+/80. They start easy and run smooth. Both props were OH recently with only 24 hours on them SMOH. It has a LED beacon and LED landing lights for great night visibility. This is truly a joy of an aircraft.
