Rare P2 Aviation Audio Warning system (“Bitchin' Betty”) installed to prevent gear up landings, shoulder belts, and LED Lights   Aeronautical Design “Aussie” Horn installation eliminates AD 2012-17-06 and the installed Rudder Balance Weights (Piper 760-705) eliminate the airspeed restrictions.  Landing gear 1000 hr AD completed 2021.  STC 3 Blade Hartzell Propeller Installed.
