1977 CESSNA 172 HAWK XP 2: Refurbished from nose to tail. Brand new Hartzell tri-blade propeller just installed. 210 HP conversion completed 6/2024. 2 hours on the new prop. I bought the plane with a vision to make it the most brand new 1977 plane out there. I spared no expense while upgrading the instrument panel, propeller, interior, windshield, lights, engine components including brand new magnetos, leads, plugs, oil cooler, Air wolf oil filter system, wing tips, new LED nav, beacon and landing lights. fuel drains, and so much more. I am also including all of my hangar items including brand new plane tug. This is the most upgraded and brand new 1977 on the market. I am selling to upgrade to a Cessna 206. This is the most heavily upgraded 1977 plane on the market. This plane won't last as everything has already been done for you. New plane tug and hangar items included with acceptable offer.
