A & P Project Special. 1974 Mooney M20F project with tons of 201 mods. Great looking paint, glass & interior. N7750M has been sitting in a Hangar in Romeo, MI (D98) for years. Logs are attached below. Plane is not airworthy. N50M won best of series 1996 & 1997 at Mooney Aircraft Pilots Association Homecoming and the pride of ownership this plane once received is obvious. Additional pictures available via Google Photos link upon request. Note: Corrosion issues have been Identified in the RH wing and interior structure of the fuselage (see attached PDF below). Fuel tanks were found empty. Engine and systems need overhaul from years of inactivity. All available information is posted. Looking for written offer subject to aircraft review & inspection to take place at the aircraft's Romeo, MI location (D98). Plane will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS".
