    Description
I have owned N414LB since August of 2017 and owned a 1977 114 for 8 years prior. The 114A model is a much better airplane with a 3-blade prop and other refinements. All factory Mods have been complied with by Commander Aircraft Co in 1989. All ADs have been complied with including the Elevator Spar. All Logbooks are original and complete. Damage History includes a left gear collapse in 1991. The most recent annual was completed in April this year and IFR certification was just completed in September. The many upgrades to the panel make this is a very nice IFR/VFR cross country airplane.
