    Description
    Clean, quality aircraft with a fresh Annual.  Nice paint and decent (older) interior. 
PowerFlow exhaust (160hp.).  0 SMOH Sensenich prop. One new magneto, one freshly overhauled.  New harness and plugs, new main tires, gear overhaul, Metco wingtips - the list is fairly extensive.  I purchased this aircraft about two years ago as a spare for our flight school but our fleet has moved toward Cessna aircraft so we never put this one online.  It it just out of a very extensive annual and it is 100% ready for a new owner.  Delivery within the US possible.  The aircraft is at our FBO at KHYA and can be viewed/flown most anytime.
