0 SMOH. Complete Overhaul with all accessories, hoses and mounts. Note: this engine has not arrived yet. It will be about two months before we have it installed. However, the aircraft is currently flying with no issues (flown about 75 hours in the last 6-8 months). If you prefer to fly it and do your engine later (i.e. get some free hours with no further engine depreciation), we will knock $50,000 off the price. The current engine is about 2050 hours. 814 Hours Since Teardown for Metal Contamination (cam and tappet wear). Teardown included a new camshaft and tappets, cylinders inspected and honed with new rings, new bearings and gaskets. Compressions at September 2025 Annual: 69 / 76 / 72 / 74 . The 205 is the only M20J that has inner gear doors and overlapping nose gear doors.Split removable back seats (back seats can be removed both or individually to increase the baggage area for hauling bulky items).
