    Ownership History: 
We purchased this aircraft from a gentleman in Michigan who had owned it for about 5 years. His mission had changed where he no longer needed the range and speed of the Mooney.

Damage History: 
There was a gear up landing in 1981 and 1996. There was a nose gear collapse in 1984. All repairs are documented in the logs and 337 forms were filed.

Complete and well documented since new

    The aircraft was stripped and painted in 2010 by Curtis Air. The paint is in great condition with minor chips around the front of the cowl and leading edges of the wings. The paint has a lot of shine and looks great!

    Interior Notes
    The interior was reupholstered in 2002 by Leather Tech of New Braunfels. The front seats are showing normal wear but there are no rips or tears to be found. The side panels are also showing some minor wear for their age. Overall, the interior is in good condition!
