One of the last TB20GT's to be built, with AC & extensive avionic upgrades (G500Txi, GTN750, GTN650, G5 standby). Very well looked after no expenses spared. 

Sale motivation: TP upgrade. Annual done in October 2024. Airframe is corrosion free with pictures of wing spars and tail from the annual available. All FAA ADs complied with. Serial oil analysis and cylinder compression test results available for the last 2x50h checks and the annual inspection. 

Since purchasing in February 2024, maintenance to ensure top condition included: - Prop overhaul, new main gear tires, new brake pads, new engine mount, new battery, new alternator, new gas struts 
Airframe total hours: 1392 Engine hours SMOH in October 2014: 688 Engine hours since NEW: 1503 Propeller hours: 103 since overhaul
