    PA30 Twin Comanche.  Owned since 2014. Great time builder for multi-engine. Annual is current.  Full IFR, Garmin 155 LNAV, non-waas, Mid-time.

New paint, Fresh IFR static check. Bought as a time builder now ready to sell. Interior is ok, not plush but clean, new tires, radios work, 2 VOR w/ILS, Garmin 155 GPS. PA30/I. Has new Transponder to comply with ADS-B regs. Engines are 160's with burn 8-10 gph at 20/23 settings. This is a great price. No issues with plane. Hangared at 6R3. Autopilot heading and altitude, NAV and altitude hold.
