    Airframe Notes
Ownership History: We originally bought this S35 from a gentleman in Arizona in 2021. He had owned the aircraft for almost 20 years. We sold the aircraft to another gentleman based in Arizona and were able to purchase it back from him. He has flown the aircraft over 200 hours since 2021. Damage History: In 2003, the aircraft had a landing accident where the right landing gear impacted a car that crossed the runway in AZ. The left wing, left fuselage skin, and control surfaces were replaced. All repairs made by Cruiseair Aviation, Inc. in California. See logbook entry for details. The engine had a prop strike in 2015 when the tow bar was left on the nose strut. Engine received a tear down inspection and the Scimitar prop was installed. In Flight Report: “This is one amazing Bonanza! I was able to make it back from central Arizona in 7 hours! I saw a true airspeed of 175Kts and was only burning 13GAL at 11,500ft. The equipment this aircraft has sure made navigation easy. I am beyond impressed with this S35 and I wish I could keep it for myself!” Jon, Pilot

    Exterior Notes
The aircraft was repainted in the early 2000s by Ramona Aircraft Painting Inc. The paint is in great condition! There are few minor spots of the clear coat beginning to peel on the tail. There are no signs of hail or corrosion.

    Interior

    Interior Notes
This beautiful interior was completely refurbished in 2006 by Powell Aircraft Interiors in Prescott, AZ. All seats and side panels were recovered using Taupe Spirit Millennium Naugahyde and Hurricane Columbia Vinyl. New foam was also added to the seats. The carpet was replaced using nylon and Stonehenge. Soundproofing was installed during the interior refurbishment. The seatbelts were also redone and certified by Aircraft Belts Incorporated. There is a small tear in the pilot’s seatback at one of the seams. Otherwise, the interior is in great condition!
