All logbooks and builder books come with it. There is no damage history. It flies great. My number 217-440-0171. I have a 2 place Tbird we could use to familiarize you with first if you want but this plane is very stable and easy to fly. I love this plane but I need a bigger one. I would consider a trade for a 4 place plane. I have wing carriers and will help incase you want to trailer it instead of fly it home.
