    Selling my 1965 Cessna 310J. Plane has been hangared at my house at KXBP. I've flown it about 100 hours in the last year. New job has taken me out of state so I won't have the opportunity to fly it. This is a great plane with tons of power and performance.

Great IFR setup with a nice range. Main tanks are 50 gallons per side and it has 15 gallon aux tanks each side (130 gallons total).

- Good amount of cargo area behind the seats.
- Shadin avionics digital fuel flow meter for both engines. 
- Has a JPI that monitors both engines.
- Ram mount window mount (fits mini Ipad).
- Smoked rosen visors.
- Toe brakes both sides.
- Heater works well.

- Just did altimeter pitot/static, transponder check, good for 2 years IFR.
- ELT battery not due for replacement until 08/2026.
- Just had the attitude indicator rebuilt.
- Century III autopilot, just had some repairs done to get the pitch control and altitude hold to work.
