This is the finest example of a CJ1+ in the world. The aircraft has been in Los Angeles its entire life. It was built with every option available at the time in 2008 by Cessna as a factory demo plane for what was to be available in 2009 and sold to the first owner in 2010 with 65 hours. I have owned the airplane since 2013 and it was purchased with 610 hrs on it. The avionics suite has every available upgrade. The dual collins is a must have feature once you appreciate it. The aircraft has operated flawlessly and has incredible performance. With the addition of the incredible Tamarack winglets time to climb to 410 has been reduced to 25 or so minutes, time to get on step when level has improved and range has increased approximately 10%. For a buyer who is considering an M2 but wants to save no less than 500k this is the plane. The aircraft has been professionally managed from day 1 from the original owner and continuing with me by Latitude 33 who is top notch.
