    Total Time
    477.4
    Airframe Notes
Airframe total time was derived from last annual inspection performed on 09/01/2016. There is no hobbs or tach noted in the helicopter and therefore we must assume log entries are correct and reflect actual or approximate aircraft total time. Time at annual is 477.4 which should be TTAF time and coincidence with normal progression of the last 4-5 annuals. Log Entries are currently in an Adlog System initiated and with first entry on 2/24/2004. Original physical books prior to this date and after were not provided nor were available. Adlog binder contains 3 section books: Airframe, Engine, and Avionics.

    Rotor

    Rotor Notes
Please note that Main Rotor Blades were not installed on this helicopter. However, blades were noted to exist in warehouse where helicopter has been stored. Serial Numbers were matched to blades previously installed. In the log books, an FAA 8130-3 that all 3 blades were inspected via an Edy Current test as per AD 2014-20-16 for cracks and anomalies and were returned to service in April of 2015. As per the hypothetical condition, we are appraising this rotorcraft today with the condition that the blades would be installed, balanced, and flight tested prior to any sales. Therefore, this helicopter is being appraised as if the blades are currently installed.

    Engine Notes
he VO-360-A1A is a four-cylinder, horizontally opposed, air-cooled, direct-drive helicopter engine manufactured by Lycoming. This engine seems original to this helicopter as it coincides directly with the Airframe time. Log book entry began at 415.0 hrs since NEW. Engine was de-preserved on the July 15, 2004 indicating that it might have been in storage for a while. No indication that it was overhauled repaired or any other information available. Simply that it was “De-preserved”. Next service was almost 10 years later on 03/08/2014. It was also noted that the aircraft was flown or operated 28hrs since first log entry in 2004.

    Avionics

    Avionics/Radios
This panel is clean with very little clutter, original panel, and seems professionally installed by Helicopter manufacture. Very simple package of VFR instruments and avionics. No ADS-B installed on this rotorcraft. No instruments were placarded and there was no indication that any instruments were repaired, replaced, or inoperative from subsequent maintenance entries within the log entries. Therefore, we will assume for this appraisal that all instruments are functioning. Instrument faces and bezels are all intact and in good condition without any damage or anomalies. All buttons, knobs, switches, indicators, are also in good conditions, turn and actuate freely. All instruments with Russian lettering are translated with decals in English.

    Interior

    Interior Notes
The interior is simple and basic but in good condition. Carpeting was noted as matching to the seats but showed a few stains. Seats are both 2-tone all vinyl. Forward facing bulkhead wall has matching 2-tone vinyl as well and is in good condition. No tears or any kind of anomalies were noted on seats or bulkhead wall. Seat belts are lap belt type with harness mounts on bulkhead wall. They are in good condition. No fluid smells were noted throughout the cabin. No anomalies or ripples noted in the interior skins. All windows seemed to be in good condition without notice of crazing or cracks.

    Inspection Status

    Inspection Status
This last “Annual Inspection” was completed on 09/01/2016 without any notable remarkable issues. It had flown 9 hours since the last annual inspection. Again, that annual without any remarkable issues noted in entry.
