Side windows need to be resealed on the exterior fuselage to window edge. All engine cowling, inspection panels fasteners to be replaced Landing gears are in good condition. Flexible hoses need to be replaced. RH pitot heat, LH fuel vent heat, stall warning horn shall be checked. Phase 1 through 6 inspections required. Aircraft battery (RG380E/44L) is new The LH and RH main tires are new.
