    ANNUAL DUE: February 1, 2026 BI-ANNUAL IFR (91.411 AND 91.413) CHECKS DUE: November 22, 2025 ELT BATTERY DUE: January of 2026 USEFUL LOAD: 1455.8 Pounds / (GW 3400 Pounds) NOTATIONS October 9, 1990 (No Log Entry) – The left wing skins were repaired with seven 2 ¾ x 3/14 patch plate aluminum repairs. (Most likely due due common wing skin cracks). See FAA 337 Dated October 9, 1990 for details. November 9, 2011 (Tach 1527.0) – The aircraft was involved in a prop strike incident. Repairs were made to the aircraft. The firewall also required repair. An IRAN was performed on the engine by Custom Airmotive. March 5, 2016 (Tach 1816.2) – Piper SB 1006 was performed on the right wing. The wing was also removed and reinstalled after spar replacement and repairs were performed by Airframe Components by Williams (WO 17752 and yellow tag dated February 17, 2016). October 4, 2021 (Tach 1899.6) – AD 20-24-05 IAW SB 1404A was completed. The mechanic also replaced rivets on top skin of forward upper wing spar at WS 08-WS 27. October 4, 2021 (Tach 1899.6) – AD 2026-16 IAW SB 1345 was CW. Nondestructive testing completed by Tailwind Inspection Inc (FAA CRS: T0WR995N). Specifications are Subject to Verification upon the Buyer’s Inspection of the Aircraft. Optional aircraft transition flight training solutions are available.
