    Ownership History: 
This Mooney was owned by a gentleman in Texas for 22 years. As his flying time decreased, he decided it was time to find a new home for the aircraft. 

Damage History: 
The aircraft had a gear up landing in 2014. The belly skins were repaired, and a factory overhauled engine was installed along with a new scimitar prop. See log entry for details.
