Ownership History: This aircraft was previously owned by a gentleman in central Indiana, who had it for approximately 10 years. He primarily used it for business travel. After selling his company, he no longer had a need for the aircraft, which led to the sale. Damage History: The aircraft had an off-field landing when it ran out of fuel in 1995. The aircraft was repaired, and the factory overhauled engine was installed. Logbook Condition: Complete and well detailed since new In Flight Report: “This Dakota flies straight and true! The aircraft was sanded and repainted following a landing incident in 1996. The paint remains in good condition and presents well, with some touch-ups completed over the years. While there are a few chips along the leading edges and small imperfections, the overall finish is clean and attractive

The interior is mostly original and remains in good condition. The front seats are fitted with sheepskin covers, while the rear seats show very well with no rips or tears. The side panels exhibit some wear, particularly near the armrests, but overall, the cabin is clean and well-maintained.
