One of the last 180’s built (K model) and better than new after extensive upgrades in 2022 including: engine & prop overhaul, all new leather/sheepskin interior, new panel with all the latest Garmin avionics including autopilot, and just about every upgrade available for a 180. Owned by the same family since new, this 180 was initially on floats professionally maintained for Part 135 operations, then on wheels for the last 26 years. It’s been used for the last several years for efficient, comfortable family transportation around California and the West Coast. Hangared since new, complete logs and no known damage history. Being sold to make room for a turboprop needed for trips to the Midwest and East Coast.
