Seeking quarter ownership in Northwest Atlanta area Excellent partnership - 2 of the 3 partners are professional pilots Plane has been hangared since Nov 2024 paint job There have been two upgrades to the panel. The JPI engine monitor and the twin G5’s that replaced the attitude indicator in the middle of the six pack. The partnership is discussing a new interior as the next major upgrade and a slight increase in the hourly rate to get the engine reserve built up as it gets closer to needing a new engine. The current monthly fixed cost for each partner is $300.00 and the hourly rate is currently $50.00 dry. Fuel burn is about 10 gallons per hour.
