    I am selling a 1/3 share/membership in SuperD LLC which is based in Arlington WA (KAWO) and owns a 2005 Super Decathlon. I have moved about 4 hours away otherwise I would not be selling. The last annual was completed in April 2025. The aircraft is always hangered save at times during cross country travel. The engine had all four cylinders replaced at 895 hours after a rivet came loose from the alternate air intake and damaged two cylinder heads. The fabric is in good condition and all known ADs and SLs are complied with as applicable. Two Softie chutes are also included, one seat pack and one back pack. The current time on airframe and engine is about 1575 total and will increase as it is flow regularly. A new three blade MT composite propeller was installed at about 245 hours ago.
