Ownership History: We purchased this plane from a previous customer of ours in Illinois. He had owned the aircraft since 1994! He owns a few different planes and was not using this one enough to justify owning it any longer. He completed a very extensive annual inspection in August 2024 Damage History: The left landing gear torque link came loose in 1966. A precautionary landing was made but the left gear, aileron, and flap was damaged. The aircraft was repaired and a 337 was filed. The aircraft was stripped and professionally painted in 2004. The paint remains in great condition, showing only minor imperfections from normal use.

The interior has been reupholstered and is in excellent condition! The seats are clean with no rips or tears, and the carpet shows minimal wear.
