    Western owned and hangar kept Cessna Turbo 310R has been professionally flown (part 91) and offers 6 seats with a larger forward baggage area, wing lockers, and aft cargo area. Equipped with the Garmin G500 primary flight display, along with the Garmin GTN750, Garmin GTN650, GTX345, ADS-B and JPI 930 engine monitor. Annual inspection was just completed in July 2025, with all AD's compiled with and the next pitot static due July 2027. Aircraft is equipped with prop deice and deice boots, and can be certified FIKI with replacement of hot plate that was removed years ago (a hot plate is not included in sale). Aircraft did have an incident in 2001 with documented repairs and complete logs available for review upon request.
