    The last Annual inspection for this aircraft was in February of 2011 and it has not flown since that year. Please scroll to the attached log books at the bottom of this ad. The aircraft has been hangered 100% of the time since new. The aircraft will need a new Battery, ADS-B, and a GNS 530 database update. This aircraft represents an opportunity for someone that is willing to roll the dice that the aircraft can be properly resurrected while at the same time provisioning for some probable dormancy issues. The airplane was very well maintained prior to its dormancy period. If someone goes into this with eyes wide open and is willing to take a calculated risk, the reward may just be an amazingly capable airplane for an incredibly low price.
