    Description
    2024 SR22-G7 GTS.  NO DAMAGE EVER.  GTS Model with AC.  5 YEAR WARRANTY from purchase date of June 2024. ANNUAL JUST COMPLETE.  White and Silver exterior with black leather interior.  Empty weight is 2,332 so useful load of 1,268 lbs.   Fill it to the tabs (60 gallons - 3 hour flight with reserves) and still carry 908 lbs.  This is my 4th plane and 2nd brand new Cirrus.  I have been the only pilot and not used for training or leased out.  Always kept in the hangar except for overnight flights where a hangar wasn't available.  The plane currently has 146 hours on the Hobbs (engine) but will increase as I am still flying it weekly.  It just came out of its first annual in July at Modern Aero in St Augustine.  All service has been at Cirrus Certified Service Centers.  Oil changes every 25 hours with oil analysis.  Jeppesen Charts.  This plane is BEAUTIFUL, and she is ready for her next owner.  The plane presents as new for even the pickiest pilots.  Smells and looks new.  No scratches, tears wear or stains.  Wiped down after every use.  I don't have a broker, and the plane is not financed.
