    Fresh comprehensive Annual Inspection September 2025. Compressions all in mid-70s or better. Annual included a full refurbish IRAN of engine: hone cylinders, new rings, polish crankshaft, new camshaft, new lifters, new insert bearings and new main bearings, refreshed compartment, inspect and paints engine mount, all new hoses, new Concorde closed cell battery. The Major Overhaul occurred in 2004, the IRAN 2025 to ensure fresh condition of engine for the next owner. History: 1983 (42 yrs) Logbook Repair Entry indicates a probable prop strike event. Well documented with 337 in records. There is no FAA/NTSB accident or incident report relating to this possible event. 2012 (13 yrs) FAA Incident report of student veering off runway after landing. Repairs in logbooks. Logbooks are complete but later years with sparse entries when owner was not active.
