Components with life limits and overhaul • Reviewed main helicopters components having life limits and overhaul limits (TABLE 1). • Not evidenced any expiration limit in the next future both flight hours and calendar time. • All Special Inspection like 2500 hrs on Main Rotor Hub and Main Rotor Blade, and 3100 hrs on Mast. • Assy and Main Transmission have been performed recently hence residual time available is more than 1000 hrs. • Special Inspection to be perform are all servicing 25h/30days and l00h/12 months; 150 hrs. • Special Inspection 24 months flight bolt expires in October 2024. • In July 2024 will expire 1 cartridge of engine fire extinguisher. Periodical Inspection Required • Helicopter needs to perform 3000hrs/5years Inspection. Technical Bulletins About Technical Bulletin we have checked those involved, starting from BT 412-122 to 412- 172 (the last issued). Results in TABLE 2. Not considering those OPTIONAL and other relevant to auxiliary equipment, just BT 412-171 have to be performed and corresponding tightening tail boom attaching bolt. All the others BT outlined in yellow (TABLE 2), are periodical inspection, and in many case the accomplishment is required during maintenance operation. Engine • Has life limit remaining of 1367:35. • No installed components expired before overhaul. • Reduction gearbox has residual life of 367:35 to reach 2500 hrs inspection. Components with Life Limit • Both AFCU expire September 2024.
