This business-class Cessna 421C is current on all AD's and the big ones (e.g. 12 year exhaust AD) were just completed and will not be due again for years to come. Over the past two years, we have put about $160,000.00 of maintenance into this airplane, taking care of several issues and expensive AD's that were due - just look at the logbook entries! All logs are complete. It has RAM GTSIO-520-N engines with GAMI injectors, making 375 HP per side! AFTT 6248, L-TSMOH 589, R-TSMOH 1368, L-Prop SMOH 589, R-Prop SMOH 4 (yes, just completed). The avionics stack makes this a pilot's dream machine with lots of updates. It features: • Garmin G600 PFD/MFD • Garmin GMA-35C Audio Panel • Dual Garmin GTN-750 Touchscreen GPS/NAV/COMM/MFD • Garmin GTX-345R ADS-B In/Out Transponder • Cessna 800 Autopilot, fully coupled to the G600 (including altitude capture and hold and LPV and ILS approaches) • Garmin GWX-70 Weather Radar (no delays waiting on ADS-B or Sirius XM - see it in live action) • Garmin GDL-69A for Sirius XM weather and radio • Flight Stream 510 • G4 Insight Engine Monitor This aircraft is FIKI equipped to make it a truly all-weather (within reason) aircraft and it features trailing link landing gear, VERY nice! It also has been upgraded with dual strakes, spoilers, Premiere Speed Covers (hubcaps) and micro VG's! All this means speed, performance and stability sporting +/- 215 knots TAS at altitude. N6867Z had a mild prop strike (traffic cone) with the left prop 33 hours after RAM overhaul in 2019; the engine was sent back to RAM for inspection and the prop governor overhauled. No other known damage history. Interior 8.5/10, with fairly recent interior. The seats, headliner and interior are in great shape. Exterior 7.5/10. The paint shines well and is in overall good condition and was touched up in several areas during the last annual. Big ticket maintenance items completed in the last two years: • AD 00-01-16 Left and Right Engine Exhaust Inspection (12-year overhaul) with all other exhaust components thoroughly tested and replaced, as needed • Left and Right Magneto 500-hour inspections • Right Propeller Overhauled • Emergency oxygen re-plumbed/repaired above the headliner • External paint and skin refurbishment/touch-ups • Landing gear blow-down bottle overhauled • De-ice solenoid replaced • New tires/brakes both sides • Replaced left and right fire extinguisher activation cartridges • Numerous other items - please see log entries or separate summary document.
