    PRICE: $97,500, Reduced for Quick Sale Owned since 2018, moved to a twin, aircraft continuously operated and maintained. 4627 ACTT, 865 SMOH, Prop 192 SOH, no AD. Annual 09/2026, Pitot static due now (sched. 10/14/26). Complete Logs since new. Damage history, gear up prior to my ownership. Professionally repaired by Air Mods, Trenton NJ (Mooney Service Center). Aircraft is well equipped, new panel and avionics by Griggs at 76N. Garmin 430WAAS w/ dual G5's, King Nav/Com 2 w/ GS&LOC. PS Audio w/4 place headset jacks, Stratus w/ ADSB in/out. JPI 930 engine monitor, 406/121.5 MHz ELT, shoulder restraint safety harness. O&N bladder STC 52 gal. Ready for a G500 AP. Unfortunately, STC wasn't approved when the avionics shop did the upgrade. Maintenance during my ownership. OH Alternator, new Plane Power regulator and overvoltage protection, new alternator belt, OH L and R magnetos, OH carburetor, carburetor air box, carb heat and linkage repaired, New Prop cable assembly (McFarlane), Whelan LED anti collision light, LED landing and position lights, tires and brake components as required (all 70% or better). Upper L & R main gear legs replaced NOS (old ones had some rust showing), landing gear shock discs in very good condition, OH propeller, no AD hub, Spark plugs as required, new #3 cylinder (2018, crack between exh. valve & plug), baffles and duct flex hose as required. Concorde battery (2 1/2 yr. old approx.), continuously hangared and exterior finish maintained. Complete logs and FAA data (disc). Aircraft is extremely well maintained, I am an A&P IA. All AD's complied with. Aircraft fly's straight and level, minimal (hardly any) oil consumption. Phillips X/C 20 50 with Aviation Cam Guard used since I started flying the twin. Paint is 2000 but is maintained and looks good. Interior is fair/ above average. Call or contact with questions.. Great instrument platform and economical XC machine.
