Fuel Farm includes three steel double-walled tanks, all hoses, piping, and fuel pump. This Aviation Fuel Farm System is located at the Apalachicola Regional Airport in Franklin County, Florida. The system is being auctioned by order of the Franklin County Board of County Commissioners. Bidding will end on on 10/29/25. This system is located at 8 Airport Road, Apalachicola, FL 32320 and is available for preview by calling . The airport had a new fuel farm installed in February 2025. The old fuel farm was still in use until the credit card processor for the fuel pump failed in April 2025. Buyer is responsible for removing the fuel farm from its location. Buyer will coordinate with Airport Manager to gain access to the facility and must remove the entire system prior to 1/03/2026 at 3:00 p.m. EST If tanks are not scrapped, then whomever purchases the tanks, if they plan to utilize them for fuel storage, will need to hire a third party testing company to conduct tightness testing on tanks and lines. This testing must be provided to Zach L. Hodges or the local inspector if not in Gulf, Franklin, Liberty, Calhoun or Jackson County.
