Beautiful condition Comanche 180, engine has only 158 hours on a since top overhaul, the case developed a crack, so it was pulled, replaced with a heavier unit, the camshaft, lifters, pistons, rings bearing, seals, factory reconditioned cylinders etc were also replaced. I could have zero timed the engine at the time, but decided not to as it only had 570 hours SMOH. Prop was overhauled in October of 2021, newer brakes and discs, tires are all in good condition, pilot side toe breaks, shoulder harnesses, all new interior, gear motor gearbox overhaul in November 2021, Stec 30 dual axis autopilot, 530 and 430 waas, dual G5s (no vacuum pump), JPI730 engine monitor, ADSB out, 930 lbs useful load, stereo input, Aussie tail horn, always hangared, beautiful paint, factory rust proofed.
