Ownership History: We purchased this Lance from a gentleman in California who has owned it for almost 20 years! He used it primarily for business travel. He is moving to a Cirrus and did not have the need for two planes. Damage History: There was a gear collapse in 1990 during landing. There was a landing incident in 1994 where the pilot landed short of the runway. A left-wing skin, fuselage skin, and left hand stabilator skin was repaired at Lunken Field by Repair Station C6NR592J Logbook Condition: Complete and well detailed since new In Flight Report: “The Lance flew great all the way home from central California. The aircraft was stripped and painted in 1995, and the paint is in good condition! There are a few minor chips along the leading edges. There is very faint evidence of hail marks if you look at the right angle. Overall, the paint is in good condition and shows well!

The interior is original and in decent condition. The previous owner had the middle seats removed and stored away. The one middle seat has a tear/hole in it. The other seats are in decent condition. The plastic is in good condition.
